At KHQS International we have our own SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for Quality Control. This ensures all Merchandise that we ship meets our clients Standards.
Once the production starts (approximately 50-75 pieces completed), pre-production check is carried out. The observations are recorded in Pre-production inspection report.
During production in-line inspection is carried out. The observations are recorded in In-line inspection report. Inline inspection is carried out daily during the course of production for an order, to effectively control quality. Pieces are randomly selected and verified for quality parameters & SPI.
After 70 % of the consignments are packed, End-Line inspectors conduct a pre final inspection. This is considered as a Mini Final Inspection. The audit will cover styling, measurements, quality of packing assortments, presentation and finishing.
After completion of the consignment final inspection is carried out as per the BS 6001,MIL STD 105E & AQL - Normal Level II Standards. The results are recorded in Quality assurance inspection chart. For measurement check, Measurement verification chart will be used during inspections.
Inspection Method :BS 6001, MIL STD 105E, AQL - Normal Level II, 2.5 for Major defects, 4.0 for Minor defects, NIL for Critical defects.
If a critical fault is found, merchandise will be subjected to 100% re-inspection by KHQS International team. If the number of major & minor faults are above AQL 2.5, the merchandise will be subjected to a re-inspection. The factory will be advised to recheck goods fully and offer for re-inspection.
Laboratories are an extremely valuable component of our service which facilitate smooth business transactions between manufacturers & exporters. Our laboratory services check colour matching as per the requirement, weight, dimensional stability, shrinkage, appearance after washing, colour fastness to washing and staining, rubbing.
To carry out laboratory tests, KHQS Internationals has a sophisticated in house testing lab. We conduct testing on fabric and also on finished garment. We offer technology packages composing any or all of the following services customized to our client’s needs.
We perform all type of tests to ensure our products are shipped defect free.
All manufactures are subject to the following inspections for us to keep our standards regarding the health, quality and safety.
Every manufacture is subject to pass a social inspection on a yearly basis
Every manufacturer is being audited on a minimum of a yearly basis to assure that they implement the principle international labor standards protecting workers’ rights such as International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions and declarations, the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and guidelines for multinational enterprises of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Every individual product is subject to being approved by the quality control department.
These are the stages where the samples are being controlled by our various teams (Design, Quality Control, Sales/Client).
Every individual post-production product is subject to pass a DPI/FRI inspection.
Once the product stage is complete, we perform the Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) and Final Random Inspect (FRI) with the help of a third party such as Intertek.
